Leads Waiting Approval

This is usually used along with the create New Leads API Create Leads

There is a system/user settings to allow any Leads with the Lead Status of Waiting Approval to be hidden from all but specific users, (eg Managers Only) so newly created leads can be reviewed beforehand, then once the Status has been change the Lead will show for everyone*. (*Those who are able to see that Leads Rep Code)

For example based on the system or user setting any Lead with theses Waiting Approval Status will show or be suppressed in the Leads data-grid:

Users will be able to see the number of new Leads created in My Analytics → Highlights & Actions

Clicking the button will take you to a review data-grid where users can use the hyperlink to drill down to the individual lead and/or click the “Review” button to remove them from the list.

Admin → Lookup Tables → Lead Status

  • Make sure that the Waiting Approval status exists in the Lead Status Lookup Table.

User Settings

  • The system wide default is for everyone to see theses you with you need to ask us or this to be reversed to disabled in the system setting.

  • Then for each user that is allowed to see Waiting Approval Leads the following setting needs to applied:
