Interactions Enhancements

  • If required, you can now add two further fields to Interactions of all types (Calls, Visits, Emails etc).

  •  The first is to assign a category to each interaction – there is a user-defined table for maintaining these and if implemented, you can then sort and filter Interactions by Category

  •  Second, we were asked to provide the ability to record an Order Value when visiting or calling a customer, indicating that the sales person came away with a new order.

  • The Interactions dashboard includes the order value, useful to measure sales made during visits by rep etc.

  •  Another small change is that when creating a follow-up (see “Create Follow-Up” button on above Interaction form, we copy the same address, contact and Category onto the follow-up Interaction as default values.
