Toucan Diary

The Diary has been for use by each user and viewable by the user or their managers.

 We have made some enhancements, firstly that the diary defaults to the logged on user but any user can view the diaries of other users.

 We have also allowed for Public Diaries so that non-personal business appointments, such as holidays, dentists, sales meetings, trade shows etc can be shared and accessible across all users.

To change Diaries, simply select Private or Public from the drop-down box.  We can also assign different colours to different diary categories, a user-defined list you maintain.

The Toucan Diary can now be linked to your Outlook diary, via iCalendar files, syncing between the two. If you move or amend a visit in your Toucan diary, the Outlook appointment will also be updated.
