Power Filters

We have combined the existing “Customer Filters” and “Territory Management” menu options, adding more functionality to create “Power Filters”.
A power filter allows the user to select a range of customers who match a large range of selection criteria that cover trading patterns, geographic areas, categories, calling history and much more.
Power filters are assigned a name and can be one-offs or saved for re-use. Once created the buttons along the bottom of the top panel provide access to apply the filter for different purposes:
Save
Saves any changes you have made to the filter
Contact View
Drills to the Customer Contact grid – useful for exporting the contacts at the customers matching the filter criteria for exporting for mail shots – maybe importing into Mailchimp or equivalents
Customer View
Drills to the main Customers dashboard to view the customers who match the selection criteria
Map View
Opens up Google Maps within Toucan showing map pins and pop-up data for all customers who match the selection criteria
Create Call List

Delete
Permanently deletes the selected power filter
Power filters can be created by any user and distributed for use to other users. Only nominated users may modify them, ensuring that results are consistent for all users.
Power filters you can currently apply are illustrated below, only customers who match all criteria will be selected. More filters are coming soon!
You can also use your Power Filters from the Customers page view – therefore filtering your entire territory by your saved criteria:
