Interactions Enhancements
If required, you can now add two further fields to Interactions of all types (Calls, Visits, Emails etc).
The first is to assign a category to each interaction – there is a user-defined table for maintaining these and if implemented, you can then sort and filter Interactions by Category
Second, we were asked to provide the ability to record an Order Value when visiting or calling a customer, indicating that the sales person came away with a new order.
The Interactions dashboard includes the order value, useful to measure sales made during visits by rep etc.
Another small change is that when creating a follow-up (see “Create Follow-Up” button on above Interaction form, we copy the same address, contact and Category onto the follow-up Interaction as default values.
